Iron Oasis Policies

Payment Policy

  1. All members and clients must maintain a valid payment method on file at all times.

  2. If a client is booked for a personal training session, class, or other service without an available credit or active package, Iron Oasis reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for that session or service.

  3. Iron Oasis may charge the payment method on file for retail purchases, drop-ins, guest passes, late cancellation fees, no-show fees, and any other authorized charges incurred in person, online, by phone, or through our app/platform.

  4. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing by Iron Oasis.

Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy

  1. Personal training sessions, classes, and appointments must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance unless otherwise stated in writing.

  2. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of session credit and/or a cancellation fee charged to the payment method on file.

  3. Iron Oasis reserves the right to modify class schedules, trainers, instructors, and operating hours at any time.

Assumption of Risk

By entering, using, or participating in any services, classes, training sessions, events, or activities at Iron Oasis, whether in person or virtual, I understand and acknowledge that fitness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to serious bodily injury, illness, permanent disability, property loss, and death.

I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation and use of the facility, equipment, services, and premises.

Release and Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and anyone accompanying me, release and discharge Iron Oasis, Iron Oasis East, their owners, officers, employees, contractors, trainers, instructors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my use of the facility, participation in training, classes, events, or other activities, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

I understand that I am voluntarily giving up certain legal rights by agreeing to these terms.

Health and Fitness Acknowledgment

  1. I confirm that I am physically able to participate in exercise and training activities.

  2. I understand that Iron Oasis does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  3. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before beginning or continuing any exercise program, especially if I have any medical condition, injury, limitation, or pregnancy.

  4. I agree to immediately inform staff of any condition that may affect my ability to train safely.

Facility Rules

  1. All members and guests must follow posted gym rules and staff instructions.

  2. Proper athletic clothing and footwear must be worn unless otherwise approved by Iron Oasis for specific lifting or training purposes.

  3. Members and guests must use equipment safely and only for its intended purpose.

  4. Iron Oasis reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for unsafe, abusive, disruptive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.

Personal Property

Iron Oasis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises, including items left in lockers, cubbies, bathrooms, or common areas.

Minors and Guests

  1. Minors may only use the facility or participate in services with Iron Oasis approval and with a parent or legal guardian’s signed consent.

  2. Any guest entering the premises does so at their own risk and must comply with all gym policies.

  3. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for supervising any minor they bring onto the premises. Iron Oasis is not a childcare facility.

Photo, Video, and Media Release

By entering Iron Oasis, I acknowledge that photos or videos may occasionally be taken in the facility for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes. I grant Iron Oasis permission to use my likeness, image, voice, or appearance captured in such materials without compensation, unless I notify Iron Oasis in writing that I wish to opt out where reasonably possible.

Membership Freeze, Termination, and Changes

  1. Membership terms, pricing, benefits, and policies may be updated from time to time at Iron Oasis’s discretion.

  2. Membership freezes, cancellations, transfers, or exceptions are subject to the membership agreement and any applicable law.

  3. Iron Oasis reserves the right to deny entry, revoke membership, or terminate services for violation of gym rules or policies.

Right to Cancel

If required by applicable law, members may have certain cancellation rights. Any cancellation rights, procedures, and deadlines will be governed by the membership agreement and applicable state law.

Agreement

By purchasing a membership, booking a service, entering the facility, or participating in any activity at Iron Oasis, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to these Policies and any related waiver or membership agreement.
