Veronica is a certified personal trainer, online fitness coach, and pole dance instructor with over 15 years of experience in movement and body transformation.

She specializes in body recomposition, glute building, fat loss, and mobility/flexibility training, combining diverse training methods with sustainable nutrition guidance.

Growing up as the “skinny fat” girl with no waist and no butt among her friends, Veronica knows how frustrating it can be to want a fit body with feminine curves but not know how. She’s tried it all: fasting, celebrity diets, juice cleanses, low carb, Keto, HIIT, endless cardio, YouTube workouts, Pilates, hot yoga, and a ton of hip thrusts. Through years of trial and error, she not only learned how to build a fit and feminine physique, but also how to rebuild her confidence from the inside out. Now, she aspires to help her clients achieve the same.


Today, she trains not just to look better, but to feel good and perform at her best in both pole dance and daily life. After being told she was “too big and muscly” in Taiwan and “too flat and skinny” in the U.S., she realized the problem wasn’t her body. It was the unrealistic beauty standards placed on women. That’s when she stopped working out to fit a mold that was never made for anyone and started training to expand her capacity instead, both physically and mentally.
